William "Bill" Grant TIPPER

Sorrowfully, we announce the peaceful passing of Bill on June 4, 2019 after a gallant four year battle with cancer. His final days were filled with lots of love and support from family and friends.

Graduated from U of M with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Hired in 1977 at Transport Canada Airports Group, he had the opportunity to visit communities in the High Arctic, including Ellesmere Island.

1997-2010 Senior Project Manager with Winnipeg Airports Authority. Bill retired in Fernie BC where he undertook his biggest and grandest project, our family home and farm. He also pursued his love for photography and started a home-based business printing and mounting photos, which he has passed on to his daughter Caroline.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Christine Forest; his son Eric; his daughter Caroline; his 2 grandchildren: Kaleb and Mila.
