You both have wonderful people skills and go beyond the call of duty. We loved seeing John without his tie at the service and tucking Uncle Bill's jogging pants in with him. Bill would smile at that. That personal touch was truly heart warming. You both have the unique ability to make people relax and feel at ease at a very difficult time. I could see this back in June 1995, when you did the arrangements for our grandfather, Robert Shenfield. Your career choice was TRULY meant to be! You were also a well liked friend to Uncle Bill.

I believe it is your choice to freely give this publication out to your clients and I am grateful you chose to so do. Receiving the book today made me feel seen, heard and important. It reminded me that I am not lost amongst the chaos of grief. It was something to brighten my day and I appreciate your thoughtfulness and kindness during this journey. You both continue to amaze me. Right after opening your mail, the grief counselling program called me to arrange my first appointment. It was a beautiful synchronicity.
You all feel like family to me and I am beyond blessed.

Thank you so much for all your help in arranging the touching service for my father, Ron. It was so reassuring to have someone local take care of all the arrangements. I cannot imagine how I could possibly have done this from so far away. Everything was beautifully done. The chapel was such a serine and beautiful place to hold the service. The officiant, Andrea Brennan, you organized was perfect for my father and arranging to have the Legion Honour Guard and the Last Post was so touching for my family. The live streaming of the service was greatly appreciated by my dad’s sister Ada and her family, who could not attend. The Seniors Center luncheon you organized was also a nice touch. It meant we could all socialize and reminisce about Ron. The interment you arranged later in the week was a heartfelt way for me and my family to begin our closure. Thank you so much for everything! I hope you enjoy the gift card.

John & Linda and J.J. did an out standing job making services possible during Covid-19. We were able to feel love and support from people could watch the funeral online and also posted the recorded service after. John and Linda and there son J.J. are genuine down to earth folks. We like there 24 hr answering service unlike other places that get you to leave a message on a machine. They have been our strength in our storm. Our family thanks you so much.

Thank you so much for the professionalism and kindness shown to our family when we needed you. David looked so peaceful the last time we saw him. It was great to hang out with him for a while at Cherished Memories.
David's funeral procession was impressive and the last pager call unforgettable - the message so moving that even John had a tear in his eye and had to turn away.

I would like to convey my deepest gratitude to you on the expeditious completion of all the formalities with respect to the human remains of Dr. Muhammad Jhandir. Pakistan International Airlines has confirmed the Friday flight to Lahore, PK.
