Rose Marie HARLICK

Rose Harlick (nee Skalbeck) of Fernie, BC, passed away peacefully at home on March 11, 2022. She was born in Regina, Sk. on May 27, 1930.

Rose was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1998, and by her three brothers, Raymond, Gordon, and Blaine.  She is survived by her five children: Richard (Ghislaine), Carol (Kevin) Webster, Lloyd (Brenda), Darlene (Kirk) Hurley, and Vanessa (Rob) Ungaro.  She has 17 grandchildren: Chris Vanghel, Melissa Leduc, Sharlene Andris, Charmaine Robinson, Darrell Hurley, Carissa Hurley-Tesolin, Michael Harlick, Lisa Clifton, Chantal Cooper, Darren Ungaro, Ricky Ungaro, Quinton Ungaro, Broden Ungaro, Alise Ungaro, Annabelle Ungaro, Justin Mellor and Collin Harlick. Rose is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, 3 great, great grandchildren, and her beloved cat, Percy, as well.

Rose had many longtime, cherished friends in the local congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, and made many new friends during her recent stay at Rocky Mountain Village. We would like to thank the staff at the Village for their cheerful care of Rose while she was there.

Rose will be greatly missed by all who knew her.  Mom, we look forward to the resurrection when we will be able to see you again and tell you how much we love you!
