Mary Elsie LAFLAMME Obituary
On Monday, August 18, 2025, Mary E. Laflamme passed away at the Elk Valley Hospital.
Mary was the only daughter of Elmer and Hermine McClinchey and the sister of seven brothers. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert; her eldest son, Phillip; her parents; and her grandchildren, Kimberly and Gregory.
She is survived by her children: Michael (Joanne), Grant (Brenda), Rene, Peter (Gina), Kathryn (Dean), and Raymond (Christine), as well as her daughter-in-law, Kathy. Mary is also survived by 12 grandchildren: Christopher, Scott, Adrian, Mike, Shanna, Jesse, Janine, Jeff, Krista, Terri-Ann, Ashley, and Justine, along with many great-grandchildren and close friends she considered family.
Mary worked at the mine for many years and later in life discovered a passion for painting.
