Justin Keith SHEPHERD

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden death of Justin Keith Shepherd. He was born in Fernie on October 22, 1987.

Justin leaves to mourn his passing his mother Bev, his brother Tony Shepherd and partner Josh, sister Pamela Lane and brother-in-law JD, two nieces, Melonie (August) and Chrissy, his nephew Austin, and his great niece Maddy and great nephews Jackson and Charlie. He was predeceased by his father John on May 8, 2020.

Justin grew up in Sparwood and following high school went to College to become a welder. His dad was a talented farrier, so when his health began to decline and he could no longer shoe horses, Justin stepped in and learned the trade from John so he could carry on his work.

Justin was a hard worker and a kind-hearted soul who would drop everything to help someone in need, from plowing snow for a neighbour to helping friends with projects. Justin will be dearly missed by the many lives he touched with his sincere, gentle, and loving spirit.
