Derek ROSS

Derek (Rockman) Ross, born February 29, 1992, took his last ride and unexpectedly passed away on July 11th, 2025 in Fernie BC.

He is survived by his wife, Marissa; children: Broly, Ruby, and JJ; mother, Deana (John) Hutchinson; father, Jack; sisters, Amanda (Kynan) and Lisa (Cole). He will be sorrowfully missed by relatives and close friends.

Derek was a loving father of three. He did everything he could to provide for his family and make ends meet. He got his class 1 license and worked as a vac truck operator.

His hobbies included being the best at any video game, disc golf, fishing and of course riding his motorcycle. Music also helped shape the way he lived and loved. "We will all meet in Shangri La" - ICP
