Archie LARKE

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear father and grandfather, Archie Larke. Archie passed away peacefully with his family by his side on January 24th, 2020.

Archie was born in Morden, Manitoba to parents Louie and Louise Larke. Archie was a twin and 1 of 12 children, 6 of which are still with us today.

Archie loved spending time with his family, going for coffee to Tim Hortons with his friends and was always ready for good conversation with anyone who crossed his path. In his younger years he spent lots of time curling, skating, fishing and playing pool with his sons-in-law.

Archie will always be remembered as being a social butterfly. He was a very witty man who had a smile on his face and always had something good to say about everyone.

Archie was predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Hilda Larke. He is survived by his daughters, Lori (Angelo) Busato, Marci (Allan) Auger and granddaughter Alana (Blair).

The family would like to thank the staff and residents of the Lilac Terrace and the nurses at Elk Valley Hospital.
