The family of William (Bill) Pelech would like to announce that Bill went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 2nd, 2019. Bill was born on September 10, 1937 at McRae, AB. Bill is survived by his beloved wife Wendy (Holmwood) of 55 years, his devoted daughter Laura (Rob Prince with his son Jason), granddaughter Veronica Ellen Templin, grandson J. Vincent Templin and great grandson Aidan Joseph Templin, his sister-in-law Susan (Ingo) Schulz, brother Don Pelech and nephews Peter Pelech and Don Pelech. He was predeceased by his parents D’Mytro and Tillie Pelech, and his older brother Peter. Bill worked for the Ministry of Transportation and Highways for 35 years. Bill and Wendy loved to travel and their travels took them all over the world, many times with family and close friends. The family would like to say special thanks to Dr. Bentley, Dr. Higgins, Dr. Rader, Dr. Rohn and Dr Stimson along with the nursing staff at Elk Valley Hospital in Fernie, and various Home Support workers and physiotherapists.
